Thursday? WHAT? where did the week go?

Hey guys...
here are my eats from yesterday.

Breakfast- Cinamon bun NS with an apple. milk

Lunch- NS peanut butter bar ( yummy) I also had greek yogurt with crushed pineapple and sugar free pistacio pudding powder mixed in.

Snack- prunes and string cheese.

Dinner-
NS Wedged potatoes and beef tips. ( actually really liked this alot and will be adding more to my next order)
Dessert- NS pep patty.

I cant remember what else but that was the basics



Oh wait...I had a huge egg white scramble with zuchinni, onion and tomatoes

B- NS southern bisquit and sausage gravy with turkey sausage and green peppers

Review- Dr Pepper 10...MEH! its was only okay and I prob wont drink the rest. Its very rare I drink diet soda but if I do Ill stick to Diet Dr Pepper. This was too sweet for me!


The rest of the day went as follows.
Lunch NS tuna salad with pretzels
apple
prunes and string cheese for a snack

Dinner- Egg whites with mushrooms and zuchinnie fries

Dessert- NS brownie.
Cant remember if I forgot anything


OH WAIT YES! Yesterday was my weight in

150lb!
YAY down another pound! :)
only a one pound loss , but Ill take it

Breakfast was NS apple scone with cottage cheese and raisins....latte sugar free from sheetz


Lunch- THis was amy first time with this bar. It was good not bad at all but not my favorite.  Also, not pictured a salad with 2 oz grilled chicken

Dinner- I did shrooms, onions, tomatoes in 1T greek yogurt and mustard with the NS chicken breast

Saturday






Hey so today has been a good eating day.
For breakfast i had the NS cereal with 1/2 bananna and 4 oz skim milk.

I had NS trail mix bar for lunch and it was also very good.
2nd lunch ( haha) was grilled chicken over salad

Snack- my bananna soft serve

Dinner- NS mushroom risotto- so yummy with mixed veggies

3 prunes

Dessert- Pep patty

Its friday friday friday!





Wait i didnt eat the baby but she is so cute and I had to put her in this post. I watch her daily . This is my niece JIllian!





Breakfast was the NS cinnamon bun. I did microwave it and it was good but I think not as satisfying as some of the other NS meals. I also had egg whites and spinach with it. I am full but not my favorite breakfast meal so far.

Lunch I had the NS fudge graham bar! um can we say YUMMO
i seriously loved this bar. About an hour later after I worked out I had a salad with 2.5 oz chicken breast on it.

Afternoon snack was my favorite banana soft serve with 1 tsp pb and 1/2 servings protein powder. YUMMO. I never get sick of this...You have got try it if you still havent.

Dinner was NS pizza and a side of mushrooms.
I had half each of the NS popcorn and NS "mm's" for dessert

Random pictures and one NS review

WOW what a week I have had....I keep my niece she is 4 months old.
I also had to plan an entire soccer team dinner for my 14 yr old and make 2 cakes this week. Im a hobby cake decorator. I know not the best hobby for someone trying to lose these last 20 pounds right?

Anyway, I will be up and posting food photos tomorrow .

I will say that I tried the peanut butter jelly bar today.....hmmmm much too sweet and was not fond of the "jelly". I dont like grape jelly though. I prob should not have ordered 3 of these.

super super busy


I have been so super busy lately and not having time to post. I am however sticking to my NS diet 100%.
Today I had the cranberry orange scone for breakfast! It was good for sure.
I had a string cheese and 3 prunes with that.
For lunch I had the 3 cheese pasta with chicken and I cooked some shrooms and 100 calorie chicken sausage with that! It was also very very good!
Tonight I will be trying the chille for the first time and Ill let yall know what I think of that .

Anyone out there? lol

Monday weigh in!




Weight this am was 151. That is a 5lb loss so far on this journey.

For the weekend report here is what I did.
Friday night my son had a football game. He is in band. No I did not give into the concession stand food. That food doesnt tempt me much anyway bc I am cheap and it was already expensive for my family of 6 to get in the game..lol.

A few NS meals I had this weekend for the first time.
I made a breakfast "cake" type thing from http://stomach-rumblings.blogspot.com/ 's blog.
It was very big and very good! So filling. It used the pancake mix...I used the blueberry one.

I also had the chocolate muffin for the firs time...it was just "meh". It was good but not something I would order alot I dont think.

Oh I did not take pictures but I also had the burger for the first time. It reminded me of a mcdonalds patty. NOT bad...but not great! I will def be ordering more and trying out new ways of eating them.

Im still here and doing very well on NS. I have just had a super busy last couple days. I will plan to update with pictures Monday at some point. Hope everyone is having a good weekend. HAHA

day 6

Okay so today was not so hot....
I was so exhausted and stressed out today..I didnt over do my calories but I did not stay on the NS plan...I guess Ill consider it a flex day.

Day 5










Breakfast- This was actually very filling and good.
I had the NS eggs with veggies but I added 1/4 cup egg whites and 1/4 turkey scramble

Snacks was the "rice pudding' made with cottage cheese, rainsins, cinamon, splenda and 2 T ff rediwhip.

Lunch was chicken salad with spinach and broc slaw and zone bar ( for added protein and the carb)

I had blueberry water for a snack ( frozen blueberries in water)
Dinner was bque beef with rice....I really liked this actually.
Choc bar for dessert- okay but like the mint better!

Day 4













Breakfast today was so good. I adapted the bisquit and gravy a bit. I added 1/4 tsp baking powder and cooked on 350 in toaster oven. IT WAS so good to me...lol. Alot of people have said they dont like it but I guess everyone is different. I had a side of cottage cheese with it.

Lunch was lets just say 'bring me back to child hood days"! Okay i had the turkey hot dog for the first time. When opening it smelled exactly like those vienna sausages in the can my mom gave me as a kid! PUKE! lol I still ate it but it was a weird texture. I think I will try it next time on the grill? Anyone done that? I have 6 left.... I had this with a side of egg whites and shrooms and onions again.

For snack I had a shake made with 1 banana ( leftover fruit from bfast) 1 T cottage cheese, 4 oz skim milk and 1T protein powder a bit of cocoa powder. I enjoy protein shakes but I always have!

I also had raisins and 6 almonds ( fruit and fat)

Dinner was pretty good, but reminded me of those cans of rings and meatballs you ate as a kid! lol...i served it with veggies.
Desert was NS chocolate!
